Die Unterkunft ist wirklich genau wie beschrieben, das Zimmer ist sehr groß und sonnig, es gibt einen eigenen Balkon, auf dem man morgens entspannt seinen Kaffee trinken kann, Bad und Küche sind direkt neben dem Zimmer, es gibt eine separate Toilette für die Gäste und das Bett ist richtig bequem. Die nächste U-Bahn ist 5 min. entfernt, es ist aber auch wirklich viel fußläufig erreichbar. Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft, die ich jederzeit wieder buchen würde.

The room is very spacious and indeed really sunny, but nothing too bad with the big fan on. The bed was good and the bedtable really convenient. The kitchen and bathroom are clean. The location is absolutely fantastic, near the centre, but out of the way from the busiest streets. Renting a bicycle was also really convenient, Ivan can provide you with several folders. The Wifi and locker for our valuables were bonus. In short, its great value for money on a fantastic location, very near to the absolute centre of Barcelona.

Nice and big comfortable room with a shared shower and kitchen and a private toilet. It can get a bit warm in summer during the day but then you'll be enjoying the beach anyway. At night it's very quiet since the room situated to a big bardyard and with the help of the big fan you get a good sleep.

The kitchen is fully equipped to cook or make a coffee or mate anytime. It's easy to get around town by bus which stops right in front of the door into all directions. I can recommend to stay here.

Very spacious, comfortable, nicely designed, sunny room (just as seen in the picture), with a very good connection to kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The flat is very good connected with the centre of the town (both public transport and walking). If anyone's interested- there's a shop with healthy and alternative food right opposite the street.

I stayed 3 days with my son in Barcelona and I enjoyed it very very much. The room was lovely, very big, infact it was two rooms, bedroom and living room with a balcony attached, clean, fully equiped, acces to the kitchen and bathroom. The flat is part of a very nice house with a really lovely old fashioned elevator. We had a great stay there and missed nothing at all. The host was very nice, supportive and accepted the guest´s privacy.
