Vilja 4.0 06/19/2014Die Lage der Wohnung war grossartig, die Metro u. diverse Busse
gleich um's Eck und ein herrlicher Obst-u. Gemuesemarkt gleich
am Ende der Strasse. Einkaufen zur Selbstversorgung war also kein Problem, zumal auch ein Despar-Supermarkt gleich in der Naehe war.
Einen einzigen grossen Nachteil hat die Unterkunft allerdings.
Sie liegt im 5. Stock eines Altbaues OHNE LIFT und ist daher fuer
Menschen, die nicht gut zu Fuss sind, nicht zu empfehlen. -

Die Wohnung war sauber, gut eingerichtet und zentral gelegen. Die Lage war ruhig und nahe eines Parks. Unser Gastgeber war wirklich nett und half uns, wo er konnte. Praktischerweise wohnt er in der Nähe. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

The apartment is perfect for group of friends as us. Everything was clean. The patio and the sight over the Rome's roofs were a very cool surprise...very convivial.
Very small default : the three showers leaked on the floor. But anecdotal compared to the rest of the flat. -

El dueño fue una persona muy agradable y muy atentos durante nuestra estancia. El apartamento muy pequeñito pero acogedor, en una zona muy tranquila y muy próxima del centro. El baño muy limpio y la cama bastante buena. Si volvemos a Florencia repetiremos

Appartamento molto luminoso e pulito, collocato in una delle zone più centrali ed eleganti di Roma, via del Babuino, tra piazza del Popolo, piazza di Spagna e la rinomatissima via Condotti, la via della moda. Comodo soggiorno con divano letto, stanza matrimoniale e possibilità di altri due posti nella sala da pranzo. Cucina con tutto il necessario e lavastoviglie, bagno con doccia, bidè e lavatrice. Facilmente raggiungibile sia con la metro Spagna che con la metro Flaminio. Sicuramente all'altezza delle vostre aspettative!

Wir wurden rechtzeitig ueber alles informiert u. bekamen auch
gleich nach der Ankunft ein sms mit den Tipps, welche Metro
wir nehmen sollten. In der Wohnung wurden wir dann schon
erwartet und uns wurde alles Notwendige gezeigt.Es gab auch eine
Mappe mit diversen Erklaerungen und Hinweisen zu Ausstellungen etc. -
