Hallo i'm Evy! I live in Amsterdam and make a living by renting apartments in Amsterdam. Originally i was born in the south of The Netherlands in a town called Tilburg! However i wanted something more. I was always interest in the big city that's why i moved to Amsterdam. Amsterdam is a great city to experience. That's why I really enjoy living and working here. Another reason why i love my job is because i am meeting all this different kind of people. Therefor i hope to see you all in Amsterdam!

    Sale, mal équipé et pas fonctionnel. Les photos sont dignes d'un magazine déco mais la réalité est bien différente. Nous étions 8 et à notre arrivée il manquait 1 chaise pour prendre le petit déjeuner et une parure de drap ainsi que 2 serviettes de toilettes. A savoir que l'office qui garde vos valises réclame 5 euros par bagage petit ou gros à l'aller comme au retour et si vous souhaitez les clefs de votre appartement avant 15h, 30 euros vous serons réclamés alors que les clefs sont sur place !!!!!!! incroyable mais surtout honteux.
    9FLATS et ses intermédiaires c'est fini. A déconseiller.

    Leider nicht die Unterkunft bekommen die gemietet wurde!
    Die Ersatzwohnung war nicht ausreichen!

    I am totally disgusted about your service and everything you can imagine. First of all we ordered an apartment which hosted 7 people the amount we were in the group for our vacation. When we were on the website trying to settle things down after we booked and checking in we noticed 2 other email with 2 other adresses and another 2 check ins . We were confused and after we had to call to see what happened this guy told us that the we had been assigned to another 2 separate apartments because there was a problem in the one we booked. They assigned these without even notifying us just 3 days before we were going to arrive so they ruined our plans and addresses. After we arrived they manipulated us with our money regarding the deposits and when we arrived at the apartment it was a total mess. The cooker did not work so we had to eat bread through out the holiday and the WiFi was not working properly. Such a bad service from this company . Sorry but i Highly do not recommend.

    We didn't get the apartment we wanted so i have no idea how this apartment is.
    Tried contacting the host a few times before the trip but the only response was from a company named "reservationcare.com" that I imagine handles these apartments.
    When we(7 people) landed there was an email waiting for us from "reservationcare.com" that we were moved to 2 other apartments on the other side of town, far away from all our plans with no heat and no hot water.
    After fighting on the phone for our apt with "reservationcare.com" on the second day, we were moved. the apartment we then got was close to the apartment we rented but definitely not the one we ordered.
    We got an underground apt not the entire place like it's stated.

    In the new apt there was room for everyone so we stopped dealing with this whole mess and just tried to have fun with our trip.

    Very disappointed. I will not book again with "Evy" or 9flats.

    It's a really good apartment with a great location. But there were several things which did not work first, e.g. the heating. That meant no warm shower on the first day and no cooking. The Wifi did not work from the second day, which was a little pity. At all, we still had a great weekend and it is great that the apartment is smoker friendly.

    When you enter the apartment for the first time, you will think 'fuck.. it is not the same room'. Then when you look at the pictures, you will realize that it is, but with different facilities. It's not so baaaaaaad, but the pictures are a piss-take, although it is the same room..

    La casa no puede ventilarse. Las ventanas cerradas con llave y sin opcion de abrirlas nada. Ademas la cocina esta poco equipada y las habitaciones no tienen armarios. Alguna de las habitaciones no tenia cortina ni estores. En general una casa equipada con lo justito

    Die Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden (Mit einem Schloss gesichert). Geruch in der Wohnung bei Ankunft schrecklich. Sofa war aufgeschlitzt, Duschvorhang hat überall Brandflecken und Löcher.
    Bad nicht sonderlich sauber. Spiegel nicht geputzt.

    Der Veranstalter Reservation Care mit Sitz in Amsterdam hat uns in Zusammenarbeit mit 9flats eine Ersatzwohnung angeboten. Ein Rabatt wurde ausgehandelt und nie gezahlt! Außerdem wurden weitere Gebühren berechnet.
    Einmal und nie wieder!!!

    The host was truly irresponsible on her work as she did not hesitate to advise us that we had been assigned another 2 new apartments which then separated us. Truly ruined our holiday.

    Gastgeber war per Telefon nicht zu erreichen. Nach dem ein andere Mitarbeiter erreicht wurde und das Problem der schlechten Luft und der nicht zu öffnenden Fenster erklärt wurde, wurde Hilfe angeboten, aber es hat sich nie wieder jemand gemeldet.
