Place is like the photos show, comfortable enough for two,clean, has everything you need for a weeks' stay in NY.
Quite close to the metro, 2av/ Broadway Lafayette and Bleeker St , so you can move around fairly easy to both Brooklyn and midtown/central park/5th av etc.
There are places close by to have dinner, brunch or drinks, a whole foods and Soho shopping.

PERFECT! The apartment was wonderful. Very clean, stylish and well equipped. The location was absolutely amazing. We were walking distance to all the coolest areas and amazing restaurants and bars. We had an absolute blast and would book this apt again in a heartbeat.
Highly recommended!

Uli is a true pro. A wonderful guy and an incredible host. Was very friendly and accommodating. We were in very good hands! I would highly recommend staying in any of his wonderful accommodations. You will not be disappointed.
