Though the house is old and the stairway a bit challenging, the flat is well equipped, clean and in good condition. The view is breathtaking.
Would take the flat again!

We are from Germany and stayed in this appartement for 4 days with 2 adult and 2 children (age 4 and 6).
It´s an absolutely nice, quiet, clean and cozy place right in the heart of San Francisco. The location is great, we were able to explore most of downtown San Francisco by foot even with our 2 little ones.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist für Tagesausflüge ideal, da sie zentral zwischen City und FIsherman's Wharf liegt; allerdings liegt sie etwas erhöht und ist daher sehr anstrengend zu erreichen; sie liegt sehr ruhig in einem Hinterhof; es ist alles da, was man braucht, um sich in SF wohl zu fühlen;

The location of the appartment is perfect for daytrips because it is almost in the middle between the city and Fisherman's Wharf. Though it is located uphill and therefore a little exhausting to walk there ;) it is very quiet in a backyard; in the appartment you find everything you need to make you feel compfortbale in SF.

Das Besondere an unserem Gastgeber war, dass wir ihn nicht persönlich kennengelernt haben. :-) er hat allerdings ein kleines Willkommenspaket mit Schokolade und Wein für uns da gelassen.

Special about our host was that we never get to meet him face to face ;) though he left a welcoming-package for us which included some chocolate and wine.

Tommy was a wonderful host. Left a lovely welcome basket once we arrived at the apartment. Was also helpful enough to answer the phone at 2 am due to our arrival being around that time.

Highly recommend staying at Tommy's apartment.
