¡Hola! Somos un matrimonio joven que vive en Granada desde hace más de un año. Nos gusta conocer a gente y nos sobra espacio en la casa, por lo que hemos decidido alquilar habitaciones. Si te alojas aquí no te arrepentirás, estamos en una zona tranquila aunque muy cerca de Granada y somos gente hospitalaria. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hello! We're a young couple that has been living in Granada for more than a year. We like meeting new people and there's plenty of space in our house, so we decided to rent a room. If you decide to stay here you won't regret it! We live in a quiet area near to Granada's city center and we're welcoming and friendly people.

Tristan 5.0 17/12/2013The bathroom and the room I slept in had been renovated, everything is clean and modern. There is WIFI available and also a TV (and I was impressed by the fact that they have a real heating, which is from my experiences mostly uncommon). Breakfast is included. Parking was really easy there.
But you have to be aware of the fact that the house is a bit outside of the city center, but the bus, which is 5-10min walking takes you there within ~15min. Perfect when you don't want to search for a parking place and have a relaxed day in Granada without costs and worrying about your car.

Wunderschöne ruhige Lage am Stadtrand von Malaga. Gute Anbindung an die City mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

FANTASTIC VALUE! Very clean, with a nice, big bathroom. We were initially worried that the location was too far out of Granada, but in fact it was very close. Granada is a small city so by car or by bus you can get to the center quickly (we had a car and it took us about 5-10 minutes). The house is located in a beautiful area on a ridge, so from the neighborhood you have incredible views of the entire valley. Great hosts, too!

Quiet area with amazing view over the city and really comfortable bed.
The last bus unfortunately goes back to the house at 23.15 but taxis are not that expensive. -

Die Unterkunft ist ein schönes Haus in einem Vorort von Granada. Die City ist super mit dem Bus zu erreichen

Rodrigo, Paulina und Nikolaus are outstanding good hosts. For me it didn't feel like staying in a house of strangers, at least it felt like staying with friends or even with some relatives.
They answered every question I got for them. They lend me trip-advisors for Granada and were willing to describe how to get to the sights, recommended good tapas bars and much more. In one word:

Paulina is so sweet and helpful, and Rodrigo responded quickly to all of our messages. They are lovely people! It was wonderful staying with them and we highly recommend their place.

I really enjoyed staying in this beautiful house in a very comfortable, clean room. Rodrigo and his wife were very friendly, openminded and gave us helpful recommendations in order to visit Granadas famous places. I would love to visit them again.
