Das Apartment ist sehr zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das technische Equipment ist ausgezeichnet (Computer/ Drucker/ WiFi/ Fernseher/ Telefon). Es gibt eine gute Busverbindung zu Downtown Manhattan und zum Central Park direkt um die Ecke.

Very small kitchen. The apartment laundry room is a bit sketchy (one washing machine was ripped open for the change inside while I stayed there). Lots of great little restaurants nearby, and within easy walking distance of the excellent Yale art museum.

Apartment was as described - ideal for us. Bathroom could do with a little update, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stop here again.

Patrick hat uns empfangen - die vorherige Kommunikation funktionierte per email einwandfrei. Er hat uns sehr viel erklärt, viele Tipps für NYC und Restaurants/ Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe bereitgehalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We didn't actually meet Patrick but the communication we had with him was excellent. Katrina who was there to greet us was extremely friendly and even gave us her mobile number in Patricks absence.
