El apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotografías, moderno y con todas las comodidades. La ubicación es perfecta, en una zona tranquila pero no lejos del centro. Todo perfecto!

Fantastic location just 1min off St Marc's square.
Only unpleasant surprise was the slight smell of cigarettes on the window curtains, even though the rules specify that this is a no smoking place. I guess previous guests were not disciplined enough...

A generally very well kept flat in a quieter area of Venice but close enough to everything you might need and very easy to get to from both the P. Roma and the Railway station. We got off at the P. Roma (bus from airport) and had to cross only one bridge with our suitcases. We departed from Venezia S. Lucia and again crossed only one bridge. The flat itself is spacious, light and quiet and the air-conditioning was fabulous (we were there in August). Lovely bathroom with efficient shower and reasonably well appointed kitchen. Would definitely go again.

L'appartamento si trova all'interno di una struttura di recente costruzione ed è dotato di ogni confort. Rispecchia fedelmente la descrizione e le foto riportate dal gestore. E' situato in zona tranquilla ma da cui si può facilmente raggiungere a piedi il centro. Noi siamo pienamente soddisfatti!

Mirka es una anfitriona muy amable y atenta. Nos ha dado toda la información que le hemos solicitado. Un encanto.

everything was so nice, in between the centre, you can't live better, , a warm welcome with a little bread and tea, we thank you so much, even for my mother it was fantastic because she need not to go very much to see the san marco place...we took a gondola ride, it was amazing, thank you so much

A very helpful and friendly host., giving an excellent customer service, including allowing us to store our luggage on the premises on the last day when our train did not leave until the evening.
