I live close to the property here in Edinburgh. I am from New Zealand and also live part time in Malaysia. I have two young boys. I delight in travelling and visiting coffee plantations and cafes around the world. This is something that I call work. I have four cafes in Edinburgh, and you're very welcome to come on in for a delicious coffee when you arrive. It will be a pleasure to meet you!

Raphael 4.0 04/01/2014Typische Altstadt-Wohnung mit gut ausgestatteter Küche und Gas-Kamin. Die Lage ist absolut super, ca. 5 min. bis zum Castle und Waverley Bahnhof, 2 min. zu Mary King's Close, 7 min. zur Princes-Street.

This apartment is pretty much on the busiest street in Edinburgh so you will definitely have lots of entertainment while you are at this apartment. The apartment is very homely and very spacious - definitely one of the best apartments we rented out on this trip! The rooms were clean and it even had a fireplace for us (which was very much needed as it got really cold sometimes). If you're thinking of coming to edinburgh you should definitely consider this apartment.

We all had a fantastic wkend thank you. The location & apartment were brilliant. The only downside was that the fridge had to be wiped down before using, as there were cheese crumbs in the door shelves & bits at the bottom of the fridge. The oven had lots of crumbs in, but I didn't clean that, as we didn't need to use it. The guest guide was a super addition & very informative ( wish there had been coffee to try 'tho, as the guide said there was} Alltogether, we had a fabulous time at the 9 flats in Edinburgh!

Die wohnung liegt sehr zentral direkt an der Royal Mile über dem Platz, an dem die Frings Künstler ihre Programmangebote vorstellen. Zentraler geht nicht!
Michael hat die Wohnung sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll renoviert und alle Räume und die komplette Ausstattung ist hervorragendem Zustand.
Auch die Küche und Bäder sind sehr gut, die Sauberkeit und freundlichkeit der Wohnung ist vorbildhaft.
Eine Anmerkung noch: während des Frings Festivals fühlt man sich in der Wohnn wie mitten im Frings-Geschehen, daher ist es relativ laut, wer Ruhe sucht sollte nicht diese Zeit wählen.

Although we did not meet Michael we were given our keys by his friend Oliver and Oliver was a fantastic host! We had a couple of questions when we arrived and he quickly solved it for us (for example, with the parking) and whenever we did have other problems or questions we could just phone him and he would answer it for us. We were also given chocolate by Oliver which was also really delicious! So I'd just like to thank Oliver for his help!

Michael and Oliver were really friendly and helpful hosts. We could always contact them by mail or text-massage to which they replied very quickly. They also surprised us with some goodies like chocolate, coffee/tea and self-made soap/shampoo (many thanks for this!!!).

It was a very welcome thought, for Catherine to meet us at the station. We appreciated it very much & she also took my case for me, which was extremely kind. A lovely.friendly ambassador who couldn't do enough for us. Se made us feel very welcome & explained everything we needed to know for our stay. It was a lovely, lovely gesture- thank you all.

Michael ist ein hervooragender Gastgeber, er hat uns vom Bus abgeholt und zur Wohnung gebracht, tolle Tipps zu besonderen Restaurants, Kaffees, Geschäften wie eine Schokolaterie, einem hervorragenden Teegeschäft, seiner Kaffeerösterei und und und gegeben.
Auch für gute Fringsevents hat er sehr gute Tipps gegeben, auch was turistische Tipps und wissen über Edinburgh waren sehr gut.Wir fühlte uns sehr persönlich betreut und rundum wohl! Wir kommen Gegner wieder, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
