Maurice and Judi have been running Woodleigh Hall for about fifteen years. The last two years have seen a major refit of house and garden and everything is as authentic as we can make it. We are rated with 4 stars. As Lewis Carroll-philes we have themed practically the whole house and gardens to the Alice In Wonderland stories, from a giant sculpture of Alice and the Caterpillar at the foot of our drive to the cups for your drinks in your room. As retired teachers we are both professional in our approach so we believe that we offer a high quality of service and environment,but not at the expense of homeliness. It was bought as a family home and will continue to be so. We endeavour to keep the building very tidy but you may occasionally come across a toy or article of clothing unrelated to the accommodation, proving that it is indeed a much loved family home.
