I was born in Buffalo, NY. I lived in a few different places in the States, and also in Amsterdam and Germany. I taught English on a Fulbright Scholarship in Saarbrucken. I am a former teacher, and have a Masters in Education. I love to travel, but I don't really like to fly. I've been to North, West, and East Africa, Asia, Europe, South America, Haiti, and Cuba, Bali, and Hong Kong. I love studying languages and dance in the countries I go to. I moved to Pasadena, CA in 1988 after living in Germany for two years. Southern California is my place.
