My name is John. I am from the United States, am bilingual and have lived in Costa Rica for over 18 years. I am owner of a tourist business, enjoy working with tourists and have traveled the country from border to border and coast to coast. I enjoy traveling and recently returned from a three month working vacation in Western Europe, in which I have rented 9Flats and other rooms on my journey. As an independent traveler and working on the road, and as someone who works in the tourist industry, I learned a lot of what travelers want and what is being offered. I believe that my travel experience and that of working with tourists has helped me be in position to offer discern travelers a quite refuge from the stress and travel strain. What I have to offer is not for those in one day and out the next, there are a lot of options for that. What I have is a place where one can relax for a few days; enjoy the local culture before and after their Costa Rica travels. My place is also ideal for those who work online and those looking for a short stay in a home from home, and for those who have time to enjoy the journey. I am also available to help guests to get acclimated before starting their Costa Rica journey.
