Your hosts are Georgie and Ron McKie. You will quickly meet our little cat Liklik. Being half-Burmese she is a friendly, fun loving and inquisitive cat. You may find her in your suitcase, in your car or on the bus!. Georgie and Ron are both internationally recognised photographers. During an 18 year stay in Papua New Guinea they were commissioned to produce a coffee table book "Reflections of the Sepik". They also wrote many articles for the Air Niugini inflight magazine, "Paradise." They have been great travellers and list the south west of the United States, and several African countries as favourite destinations. Their knowledge of the local beauty spots of the South Island is freely passed on to guests who are able to return to their country with very unique and special images. The McKies are delighted to take guests to the Christchurch Photographic Society meetings on Wednesday nights. This club is the premier club in New Zealand.
