I'm from this city, Madrid and I lived in this apartment in 2006. I like travelling around the world and I would like to feel every beatiful place in the world. I love to have a good dinner with my couple and enjoy a drinks with my friends. I am a responsible, clean, careful and organized person and my target is to get that my guest are confortables.

Das Apartement ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht.
Das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Dusche sehr angenehm.
Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. -

A stylish, modern place, it was a little smaller than it seemed from the photos but I guess that that is life in the big city! Everything was there for a nice stay and we enjoyed it a lot. The location is very central, only ten minutes walk from the main Atocha station and the central Sol metro. There was a bit of graffiti and people drinking on the street nearby, so if you want a perfectly clean high-class area, it is not for you. But everybody in the area was friendly and as foreigners (Australian), they seemed really pleased to have us there. There were no other tourists there that I could see, so we really felt like part of the place.

Coqueto piso ubicado en pleno corazón del multicultural barrio de Lavapiés en Madrid. Decorado con gusto por su simpático dueño, Felipe, será tu hogar adoptivo ideal para pasar unos días en la capital. Felipe war schnell über e-mail und auch whatsApp zu erreichen.
Die Schlüssel hat seine Mutter übergeben und alles sehr freundlich erklärt. Felipe hat noch nachgefreagt, ob alles ok war und war sehr aufmerksam. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Aufenthalt. -

We only met Felipe's mother as he was away but she showed us everything and Felipe followed up quicly by email when I had a question about the bedding. He was concerned that we had a good time - which we did!
