Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Au. Die U-Bahn Station Kolumbuspaltz ist gleich vor der Tür. Mit der U1 oder U2 brauchen sie nur 5 Min. zum Münchner Hbf. The flat looks exactly like the pictures. And you do have this balcony (no use in Winter, but...)
Clean, tidy, 80 meters from the tube station which is really only 5 minutes from the main train station. Excellent place.

Friendly and professional. Emmanuel was very quick in confirming my booking request (30 minutes) and waited for me at the flat at the agreed time. (I was a bit late in fact).
