This appartment is very large, very convenient for 4 people, very close to the citycenter (less than 3 minutes walking) and the metro station, very clean. The neignbourgs were a bit noisy, but overall, the flat is very close to perfection. I recommand it to everybody wanting to visit Vienna.

Our stay was way above what we expected. Dan (our host) met us right outside the flat on our arrival and showed us around the apartment. The furnishing was spot on, and the location could not be better. We totally enjoyed staying at the flat.

Die Unterkunft ist für uns sehr altmodisch, die Wohnung war geräumig aber absolut nicht geeignet wenn man einmal etwas einfaches essen will, weder der Tisch noch die Ausstattung war geeignet. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut und das Haus speziell.

Grand appartement avec TV et Internet, très spacieux! Equipement de cuisine (vaiselle et linges)peut être lègerment amelioré! Autrement très content.Métro et tram à proximité.Nous retournerons bien volontiers.

The apartment complex is very secure and safe. The location of it too seems to be in a safe area. From the apartment it is very easy to use public transportation to get around the city. In the apartment the beds are very comfortable. It is very roomy and can easily accommodate 7 people if need be.

We have really enjoyed our stay in wien in this appartment.
Very clean. Everything you need for a nice stay. All 3 rooms equiped with comfortable double beds and couch. We would really recommend everybody this appartment in wien. -

The flat is very well located, within walking distance to the city center. The plus side is that it is very quiet as the window is on the courtyard side of the building. The apartment matches the pictures and is very clean. Well equipped too.

Ideale Lage; 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Stephansdom. Nur 300 m bis zum Morzinplatz, wo der Postbus ohne Zwischenstopp zum Flughafen fährt (20 Minuten Fahrtdauer; Frequenz alle 30 Minuten). Bio-Markt, kleiner Supermarkt und Bäckerei in der Taborstraße.
Es gibt nichts zu meckern! -

Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen. Man ist in 7 Minuten Fußweg in der Innenstadt. Straßenbahnhaltestelle am Haus, U-Bahnanbindung super nahe.
Durch die Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt praktisch. Wir haben die 4 Tage genossen und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. -

Die sanitären Anlagen sind rel. neu und gut. ansonsten ist das Apartment etwas lieblos mit alten Möbeln möbliert. Die Wohnung hätte deutlich mehr Potential. Im grossen und ganzen empfehlenswert.

tolle Lage direkt am Donaukanal, Zentrum zu Fuß erreichbar, U-Bahn Station 200m, Straßenbahn vor der Haustür, Einkaufsmöglichkeit im direktem Umfeld. Sehr großzügige Wohnung, Obwohl verkehrsreiche Umgebung, absolute Ruhe durch Schallschutzfenster.

Cosy place, very clean (appreciated especially with kids), immediate vicinity of the city centre is a great plus. There was nothing we would miss, definitely recommended.

After a water damage problem in the first apartement we booked, Dan did his best to help us finding another flat. He has been very responsive to the messages we sent him. Very good experience !

Dan was wonderful! He met us outside the flat on arrival, even if he already had given us detailed instructions on where and how to pick up the keys! His travel directions from the airport were spot on too! To top it all up he let us stay a few extended hours since we had a late flight out of Vienna. An incredible host!

He is very helpful and willing to answer any of your questions about sightseeing in Vienna and traveling to other Austrian cities. He is also easy to get a hold of by phone if an issue arises while in Vienna.
