  There are a few things to complain about. After Arne and I agreed on a price and he sent the booking request, he then told me that there would be an additional guest. So I asked that he leave the additional payment at the apt upon departure. A few days after he checked out he emailed that they left the place clean and that should substitute for the extra rate we agreed on. This had never been mentioned before nor agreed on. The sheets, towels, floors nor dusting were done. I could never turn over the place to new guests this way. I asked Arne to send payment via paypal, but he never responded.
