Robert 4.0 26/05/2015If you have a larger group (where you need more than 1 bedroom). This apartment is great value. Close to transit and the city center. Relatively quiet, comfortable beds (the best we had on our trip), and a fantastic shower.

Die Endreinigung betrug 100€ und dafür hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass die Wohnung auch wirklich richtig sauber ist. Leider war dem aber nicht so. Der Backofen war nicht nutzbar da er wirklich sehr dreckig war, an einer Gabe klebte noch ein Stück Reis vom Vormieter. Das fanden wir nicht wirklich sehr gut.
Die Wohnung erstreckt sich auf drei Etagen. UG ==> Wohnzimmer, EG ==> Eingang und Küche und 1. OG ==> Schlafzimmer, Bad&Toilette.
Die Wohnung ist aber wie abgebildet und wirklich sehr zentral. Die Metro ist nur 1-2 Minuten entfernt. Einige Gehminuten weiter findet man Cafes, Restaurants und Bars. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. -

Appartement vraiment grande, avec trois étages et très propre. Se situant dans le 3ème arrondissement il est central,tranquille et surtout à la mode, très chic. Autour de la maison Il y a des restaurants chic (L'Ami Louis) et des lieux culturels comme le Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, le Musée des Arts et Métiers et le Théâtre de le Renaissance. A l'entré il y à une grande cuisine très bien équipée, au premier étage une chambre double, un studio avec une mezzanine (avec le cheminée), une salle de bain blanche très spacieuse avec baignoire e douche et toilette séparée. A' l'étage en bas un salon très romantique avec deux divans, un canapé lit et le tv. La Maison a plusieurs styles: structure rustique en bois et pierre, mobilier moderne et décoration oriental (Thai) très charmant et chaleureux.
Je conseil fortement cet appartement, il sera surement à la hauteur de vos attentes!

Die Wohnung war ausgesprochen komfortabel und liebevoll eingerichtet! Es fehlte uns an nichts! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

A very spacious three floor apartment/house. The layout is very different from typical Parisian apartments, nevertheless it incorporates the city's charm with a modern touch.
The place truly has everything you need, and can comfortably accommodate a whole family for resting and entertaining. A very snug and cozy place not far for the Marais and other nice neighborhoods.

Kontakt war immer sehr freundlich uns sehr schnell. Wenn an der Sauberkeit etwas gemacht wird, ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen.
Als Begrüßung gab es Pralinen und eine Flasche Rotwein. Danke dafür. -

Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend, immer erreichbar und haben uns umfangreiche Unterstützung angeboten, unsere Fragen kurzfristig beantwortet, uns links von Paris geschickt und waren sehr kulant! Sie haben sogar angeboten, uns von Bahn/Flughafen abzuholen. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein und Pralinen - wir fühlten uns in den besten Händen und werden sicherlich noch einmal buchen!
