This house is truly amazing, even better than it is described on 9flats. with everything to make travelers feel at home in lovely Barcelona. It is a beautiful open space, lots of room, private, modern, secure, and exceptionally well equipped. Centrally located in Barri Gòtic, there are shops, great restaurants and fun clubs within a block of the house. Five minutes to the beach too. We stayed for ten days, in complete comfort. We only wish it had been longer. We look forward to returning to stay here in the future and we will certainly recommend this to friends and family.

Xavier is an extremely talented architect and the perfect host. Very responsive, friendly and attentive. He has really thought of everything to make guests comfortable and secure in this lovely house, including providing very good books about Barcelona and the surrounding region. Xavier speaks very good English (we don't speak Spanish or Catalán). It was a real pleasure to get to know Xavier a little during our stay in Barcelona.
