Niall 4.0 2014-09-11Great place. It's in a very beautiful residential area of Barcelona away from the touristy noise in the center, but still easy to get to the town centre with a short metro journey.
The roof terrace is a real treat, lovely place to relax in the evening. -

Very relaxed atmosphere. Felt very good there. All you need is here. We loved the flat and the nice balcony. Quiet and near to Garcia centre and not far to the metro and the next supermarket.

Very nice room within a well maintained appartment. Terrace realy private and perfect to chill...I would come back anytime !

A local place, 2 metro lines very close, to Gracia you can walk in 10 min. The balcony directly on the room is so nice. I felt me at home. Safe and not stressy area. All you need (supermarket...) close to flat. Great place to stay!!!

I only briefly met Stefano but he struck me as a kind and gracious host. Not a single problem springs to mind.

Stefano is a very friendly and helpful person. Never had a problem to communicate per email and whatsapp. There were never reasons to complain. My full recommendation. We felt always good.
