Kim 3.0 2016-06-18The flat is nice and clean, just as described and was ok for us (2 adults and a kid) to stay. The area is quiet and very good to reach all interesting points.
!!! BUT !!!
- Roberto offers a babybed in his description and could NOT provide one. Our daughter (2.5y) slept in the bunnk bed and we put a chair and a little shelf to the the side. Despite of this, she fell out of the bed twice...
- the flat is described to be in the 2nd floor, which is more like the 3,5th floor because the "ground level" starts after walking up 1,5 stairs.
- the staircase is super narrow, I (1,68m) could easily touch both sidewalls which makes it hard to carry anything up and down. because of this fact, I would NOT declare the flat as "familyfriendly". We had a lot of struggles with the babybuggy, the equipment and the kid itself to walk up and down.
- because of the old age of the house you should be very lucky to get 7 minutes of constantly warm water for showering.
We will not come back.

Roberto's apartment in th Passatge Alió is special tip for anyone who wants to participte in daily life in Barcelona. The Gracia neighborhood is quiet and centrally located. Great markets all around, and for those who want to see the tourist sights the public transportation possibilites are excellent.
The apartment is roomy and attractive. You immediately start feeling very at home.

Roberto's and Elisendas flat is in a nice part of Barcelona, out of the bubbling centre but easy to reach by metro and the ideal spot if you want to have a relaxed time apart from crowed places.
The flat is a nice, clean and simple place even with a small balcony to enjoy a coffee in the sun.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, zur Sagrada Familia sind es zu Fuß nur zehn Minuten. Dennoch liegt sie nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße, sondern in einer Nebenstraße sodass man nachts ruhig schlafen kann. Eine schöne Unterkunft die den Urlaub perfekt gemacht hat.

The accomodation made our Trip to Barcelona perfect. The appartment is nice and offers everything you need. Gracia is a very nice part of the town with all his little bars and the lovely atmosphere.

We did not meet Roberto in person, but got the keys from his cleaning man which was ok for us. The mail contact was always friendly.

Roberto was extremely helpful, answering all the questions we had. It was always nice to know that we could reach him if there had been any emergency situations. The apartment was exactly the way he described it.

So, what was special about our hosts: they offer a detailed description how to get to the place, getting the keys was easy and even when we were there, Elisenda was worried we might need another duvet as temperatures fell :)
We didn't have any problems, but I always knew Elisenda+Roberto would have helped immediately.

Sehr nette uns zuverlässige Gastgeber. Zwar konnten die beiden nicht bei der Schlüsseübergabe da sein, dies übernahm aber ei Freund und es hat alles problemlos geklappt.
