Die Lage ist gut, mit der Subway Linie C gelangt man schnell ins Zentrum von Manhattan. Viele Deli's in der Nähe. -

Wir haben eine Woche in Nathalies Wohnung verbracht und würden sie jederzeit empfehlen oder wieder buchen. Dennoch hat die Wohnung ein paar Besonderheiten:
Die Lage: Bed Stuy. Man muss wissen, wo man ist - bis Manhattan ist man von der Wohnung gut und gerne 30-40 Minuten unterwegs, je nach Tag und Uhrzeit. Hier ein Taxi zu bekommen ist nicht so einfach wie in Manhattan. wer also noch nie in NY war, sollte evtl. doch etwas Zentraleres wählen. Dafür hat man natürlich einen unschlagbaren Preis und schläft sehr ruhig.
Apropos schlafen: die Betten waren toll! Das ganze Apartement war sauber und wie auf den Bildern, die Ausstattung ist sehr liebevoll und persönlich im shabby-chic Style, aber man sollte keine Menüs kochen wollen (na gut, wer will das schon in NY?). Das einzige was wir bemängeln würden, waren die Waschbecken (sowohl im Bad als auch in der Küche) Vintage ist ja ganz nett, aber da könnte man mal was machen.... -

Very nice apartment. Enough space for 5 persons. Bright and pretty.
Not too far to the metro (10 minutes). Everything you need is in stock, even a balance to weigh the luggage!

We spent a week in Natalies apartment and we would probably come back at any time. Very nice apartment, everything exactly as described, location very good.
The apartment was very clean, lovely and tasteful furnished and offered enough space. Extraordinary comfortable beds! We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment...we felt like being at home from the first minute on.We definitely highly recommend this apartment!

Das ist eine Traumwohnung mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Die urbane Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und sympathisch und der Weg zur Metro ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, in ca. 25 min. ist man mitten in Manhattan. Allerdings bietet Brooklyn auch eine ganze Menge. Wenn wir New York wieder einmal besuchen, wollen wir unbedingt wieder in diese Wohnung.

For someone who is the first time in new york the area arround the subway station could be a little bit deterrent during the night. But we never had problems and the way to the appartment is not so long.
We enjoyed our stay very much - especialy the berakfast on the terasse!

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bis auf Spülmaschine war alles da, was wir brauchten. Waschsalons sind um die Ecke. Die Wohnung liegt nahe an einer Subway-Station, von der man schnell überall in Manhattan, aber auch am Flughafen JFK ist. Geschäfte, Restaurant und Take Aways: alles in der Nähe

Appartement de charme dans un quartier très calme et sans aucun soucis de brooklyn. Métro à 7 minutes.
intérieur coquet et bien équipé, vaste. Quelques remarques pour encore l'améliorer: Flexible de douche à remplacer ,grosse fuite et douche difficile, mettre un vrai canapé ,des lampes de chevet ,réparer les volets cassés.
Dans l'ensemble ,cela restera un très bon logement que nous recommandons. -

Es war persönlich und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Straße mit Baumbestand war sehr schön und es war ruhig. Gut zum Erholen nach einer langen Besichtigungstour in New York. Die Nähe zur U-Bahn und die schnelle Erreichbarkeit der City waren sehr angenehm. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolles Appartment - es fehlt an nichts.
Keine 10 Minuten bis zur Metro, die in ca. 15 Minuten am TimeSquare ist. In der Nähe bekommt man alles was man so braucht und Abends in der Umgebung etwas Trinken oder Essen gehen ist kein Problem.
Unser Tip Williamsburg!!!The appartment is perfect - nothing missing.
About 10m. to the Metro, and the 15 m to Time Square.
You can eat and drink in the neighborhoud.

Lovely, spacious and beautifully decorated flat in a friendly neighbourhood in Brooklyn! The flat is very well equipped, very clean, bright and full of good spirit. The clean sheets and the good beds made us feel like being home from the first night on. Highly recommendable!

Sehr persönlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Die Gegend ist auch sehr praktisch auch wenn die Infrastruktur noch ziemlich dürftig ist. Kann ich jedenfalls sehr empfehlen.

The apartment is very nice and very well equipped, with a beautiful terrace. It is located in the heart of brooklyn, relatively close to the C and A subway lines. I strongly recommend it.

The place is very cosy and bright, perfectly clean, the beds are amazingly confortable and has wifi and plenty of tourist info at the apartment. Its very warm in winter time. The bathroom has everything you need, also very clean.
Neighborhood is safe and plenty of shops and restaurants around, people is very friendly. Highly recomended!! -

The only word to describe the flat is...GORGEOUS!
Rooms are big and full of light, bathroom as well is big and with the window, kitchen has everything you can need. You will find everything inside (sheets and blankets, hairdrier, plates, cups....)
The neighbourhood is friendly and safe. The underground station is just around the corner as lots of shops open 24/7.

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie reagiert immer prompt auf alle Anfragen. Die Hausregeln sind zwar streng, aber absolut sinnvoll.

Nathalie war per Mail immer zu erreichen, sie hat auf Nachfragen wie b.Bsp. die Heizung höher stellen, sofort reagiert. Leider haben wir sie, auch wenn sie im gleichen Haus wohnt, nicht kennengelernt, - das fanden wir schade.

Sie hat uns vor der Anreise über alles Notwendige informiert, uns auf unsere Fragen schnell geantwortet und vor Ort sofort reagiert, als wir feststelten, dass der Toaster kaputt war. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben und hätten jeder Zeit mit ihr in Kontakt treten können.

Nathalie is very friendly, polite and she did make us feel like at home. She cares about every single detail in the apartment, you can see she takes time to make sure you have everything you may need. She really makes you feel very confortable at the place. She is absolutely the perfect landlord, we have a very good comunication and she is very happy to answer any questions and will give you plenty of info about the place, area, restaurants....it was just like living at your own place!
