Very nice apartment, it has 3 bedroom and comfortable but the bedrooms are bit simple. All the furniture was good , and a nice balcony. Very clean, and comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped. good location but it may not be suitable for elderly people as streets the area in hilly. the apartment in basement but has nice garden.
many cats around garden but they were cute.

Bathroom: Terrible rotten smell from the drain or somewhere else that could not be stopped. Bad ventilation. The door could not be locked properly which resulted in no privacy on the toilet. There is a leak in the toilet.
Voice dogs annoying at night, which gives the scare in the night, when entering the building.

Very good access to the Kabatas ferry and to the tramway (140 stairs to go down, takes approx 2 minutes) as well to the Taksim area. Nice appartment with view on the Bosporus bridge (our kids liked it very much at night when it is illuminated).
Absolutely quiet as it is in a dead end road.

Comfortable, spacious and clean apartment close to most places of interest in Istanbul.

The view is simply fantastic.
The sitting- and dining room beautifully decorated, but with a pretty worn out floor.
The bed rooms very narrow. The beds nice and firm. Door in the rooms could not be closed properly.
Kitchen spacy but badly and amateuristicly assembled and damaged. Only one out of six light spots worked. The silver out of very poor quality. No wineglasses available.
Bathroom: mouldy with black from humidity cealing, that looked as if it would come down any minute. Big loose flakes falling from the wall. Terrible rotten smell from the drain or somewhere else that could not be stopped. Bad ventilation. The door could not be locked properly which resulted in no privacy on the toilet.
The nice flat screen tv never worked. After each SMS the hostin promised to come and fix it, but she never showed up. There were possibilities enough since we stayed for 8 nights, but nothing happened.
The main entrance and the staircase was like taken out of a scary horror movie.

Unser Frühstück in der Sonne auf dem Balkon mit diesem Ausblick bleibt unvergesslich.
Nette Cafés und Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel perfekt.
Hier kann man es sehr gut aushalten.
Wir waren zu fünft und die Größe der Wohnung war ausreichend.Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Geräumig und in allerbester Lage mit mega-Blick auf den Bosporus, Sonnenaufgangsstimmung inklusive. Zwei schöne Doppelzimmer, ein geräumiges Dreibettzimmer. Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, Sitzecke, Couch. Küche voll ausgestattet, aber nicht notwendig - es gibt einige nette Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe (unbedingt mal zum Frühstück ins "Kaktus" gehen) und zum Taksim-Platz geht man nur wenige Minuten. Das einzige Bad war eine Herausforderung- aber nach Einführung eines "Benutzungsplans" auch kein Problem. Ausreichend Handtücher, frische Bettwäsche. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Not for handicapped people. Hilly region.

Sehr ruhiges und sauberes Apartment in bester Lage, viele Restaurants/Bars in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Taksin Platz in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wol gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder das Apartment buchen.

Location is fine , few hundred meters from Taksim place and Findilkly tram station which in 10 minutes bring you in Sultanahmet ..
Minimarkets and shopping areas are at walking distance

The flat is Beautiful and Super I can Describe it in a word ( Amazing ).

The area was fab. Unfortunately the third bedroom was part of the living-room, the second bedroom had no window and the toilet and dishwasher didn't work properly.

Die Unterkunft war genial gelegen. Die Aussicht unbeschreiblich schön.
In der Wohnung war alles da was man braucht.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, ist gut ausgestattet. Zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten zum Taximplatz und nur 5 Minuten zur Metrostation.

the location was beautiful, in a good neighbourhood and with a beautiful view over the Bosporus. All the furniture was good , beds etc.
Only the Internet was not working.

The place was fantastic, everything was perfect from the host, location, apartment, neighbors,..etc. We had enjoyed our stay so much.

very nice and good aircon... crucial during summer. Clean and everything we needed was there available.

sehr freundliche, schöne Stadtwohnung, mit allem was man braucht.
kleiner Laden ist gleich im Nachbarhaus. Klimatisierung super. Guter Ausgangspunkt für alle möglichen Erkundungen. Straßenbahn ca 500m entfernt. zu fuß zur Galatabrücke in ca. 20min.

The whole view over the Bosporus is fantastic. From the appartment you reach nearly everything by foot or tramway. In the flat is everything you need in holiday.
The apartment (and host) is absolutly recommendable.

The apartment is located near Taksim Plaza, very close to Metro and Tram stations, and therefore ideal for getting fast and easy to every place in Istanbul.

Everything was clean and we felt very comfortable. The apartment is equipped with everything you need: air condition, TV, sound system, fridge, enough towels, hair dryer, basic kitchen equipment,...
And the view from the flat to the Bosphorus is unaffordable. :-)

We were very happy with this apartment and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

La salle d'eau est très petite , vieille, mais surtout ça sent très mauvais même avec la fenêtre ouverte, la propreté laisse à désirer des moisissures plein la douche.
Matelas assez ferme, dans une des chambres une planche en bois fait office de sommier.
Un enfant en apprentissage a t'il repeint l'appartement? C'est dommage !....

We had a great time at the apartment. Especially because it`s a good place to relax and work at the same time. The place is well located with a lot of supermarkets and little shops so you can save money and time to cook by yourself in the full equipped kitchen.
The apartment was clean, big and comfortable, all in all it`s highly recommended.
