Dear Marek, I'm sorry you had a few problems while staying with us, let me explain a few of them. You were actually booked into our quiet room for four, as agreed, which was empty on the night you stayed, so it must have been a mistake of the bar staff that you were directed to room 104. This may be why the key didn't fit. I can't explain the out of hours number not ringing, but the live-in staff room location is displayed on the back of all doors and in the foyer. If you're ever down this way again, we'd be happy to give you a free night's accommodation to make up for these mistakes.
