I am sorry to hear that, it is the first time someone leave the apartment 10 minutes later after cheking in. The apartment has air conditioning, so if you turn it on, the cold will go away. The description of the apartment is fair and the prices are very good. The apartment is situated in the center, only 5 min from bars, restaurants and the beach. I am sorry that you did not like it. I wish you could have told me the first day of your arrival, before leaving to the hotel so that I can give you other options, for instance to offer you another apartment. Nevertheless, I really hope you have a very good holiday.
