I'm a full time host with vast experience in the customer service industry, having worked in Hotel and on the telephone business. My priority is to meet all the guests needs, here are some comments from past guests "Luis was super kind, friendly, attentive and helpful. He made us feel at home right away and made sure we knew he was available in case we needed anything.

Jana 4.0 2015-11-02We diddn`t miss anything in Jeff`s appartement. This is a very modern appartement with really all you need, spacious clean, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing maschine, modern bathrooms and very comfortable beds. The only disadvantage is perhaps the location as it is in West New York and you need to get to a bus through the Lincoln tunnel (which is sometimes crowded) or a ferry to get to Manhattan with extra costs. The bus services are very good, we never had to wait for a bus. It takes up to 30 minutes to go to Manhattan. The skyline from the New Jersey side of New York is amazing and we enjoyed to live outside the noisy and busy parts of New York.

The apartment is very nice and cozy, location very convenient, 10 minutes walk to the ferry which we took every day (round trip with some bus routes included in the price). Avoided the tunnel as this is very busy and poluted, especially at evening hours. Once we took the ferry to south Manhattan, to Wall St, just to take pictures of Liberty statue in a better angle. Enjoyed the evening view of Manhattan from a very nice place, Son Cubano restaurant at the esplanade.
All in one, this trip was an amazing experience ! -

Jeff and Luis are very fiendly hosts. They contacted us before we came in, explained everything in the apartement and how to get to Manhattan, they just did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We strongly recommend this nice place to people staying in New York, especially families with teenagers.
