Viel Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden.Was wir weniger gut fanden:
Die Ausstattung der Küche fanden wir qualitativ nicht ok für den Preis der Wohnung (Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen).
Der Küchentisch und der Terrassentisch bestehen aus Holzplanken, die teilweise so gebogen sind, dass man genau aufpassen muss, wo man sein Glas / Tasse hinstellt, damit es nicht umfällt.
Stühle sind unbequem und instabil.
Auf der Terrasse ist eine laute Wasserpumpe, die jedes Mal läuft, wenn in irgendeiner Wohnung im Haus Wasser aufgedreht wird, die Klospülung läuft, gewaschen wird, etc. An manchen Tagen lief die Pumpe stundenlang.
Den Standard der Wohnung insgesamt: Die Bettdecken sind alt, schwer und zu warm, die Matratzen unkomfortabel für den Rücken, Wohnung insgesamt abgewohnt, nicht professionell renoviert. -

We had a wonderful time in the spacious and charming apartment + beautiful terrace ! The location of the apartment is perfect. Centrally located in the old town and still quiet.

apprtamentino delizioso nel cuore di Palermo, in posizione perfetta per poter vivere la città. Nonostante è situato nella città vecchia a due passi dalla Vucciria, si gode del tanto silenzio e della tranquillità!
Ideale per chi ama l'autenticità del viaggio!!!

The flat is large & has some very nice features. The terrace is very private & beautiful with lovely tiles & many large plants--the hibiscus & oleander were blooming. The kitchen is quaint, cute & contains all the necessary equipment to cook. I was surprised & pleased to find things like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, olive oil, vinegar, spices, bottled water, milk. And toilet paper, many towels and soap--and many other things. The WiFi was excellent--very fast. 2 rooms have AC. 2 negatives: lots of stairs & 2 flats, off the same foyer, have the same keys, so it's not totally secure.

Die Anmietung war unproblematisch, die Vermieterin freundlich, ebenso hilfreich, wenn etwas nicht funktionierte. Kommunikation per Mail, SMS und Telefon schnell und unproblematisch.

The owner, Sara, rents out the flat with help from her sister, Gabriella. Sara is a local medical doctor and a lovely person. She is very good about explaining details of how to get to the flat, about the flat and everything in it and about Palermo. Her English is excellent, which was a wonderful help in understanding details about the flat, bus schedules, and how to get to restaurants and sights. There were maps and great info on Palermo. I mistakenly left something important at the flat and Sara very courteously, efficiently and quickly mailed it back to me. I thank her warmly!
