The apartment is very comfortable and feels like someone’s home, quite normal knowing that François renovated it for his daughter who’s currently studying in another city. With that in mind the apartment is well furnished with quality products from the electronics to the Simmons mattress. Although situated on a busy street, the apartment remains calm and tranquil. I would picture a family staying there for a few days taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen, Television and Piano. ///This review was written by an official Member of the 9flats Team ///

François is a very kind and likeable person, I was very pleased by his warm manner and concern although I only spoke to him on the phone due to having an issue with his train to get to Paris. I met Manu the building’s caretaker who was very helpful and made the first contact as I set foot into the building. François made sure that everything was settled and ready for my visit, a mark of a good host. ///This review was written by an official Member of the 9flats Team ///

Francois is a very friendly and communicative person, I was happy to have him in the flat. The apartment was left in a perfect condition and I have all the reasons to recommend him a guest! He is welcome anytime!
