I am a Brazilian that grew up in the USA. Travelling is my passion. I am currently working in Rome with vacation rentals, a B&B and tours in the Vatican. I also work with tourism in Brazil.

Petra 3.0 2014-01-13Die Wohnung ist hübsch, genau so wie es die Fotos auch darstellen. Die Küche ist gemütlich aber leider nicht ausreichend für 5 Personen ausgestattet, . Eine italienische Kaffeemaschine für 3 Personen steht zur Verfügung, Keine Küchenhandtücher. Alles sehr spartanisch. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnbezirk, nahe am Vatikan, ist leider jedoch sehr abseits vom Zentrum gelegen.
apartment is pretty nice as the fotos show. Close to the vatican, quiet neighborhood, though far from the center. Very very basic kitchen utensils. 1 coffeemaker, size for 3 persons! No water kettle, no teepot, no kitchentowels. Fridge need to be cleant. -

Bellissimo appartamento nel cuore del centro storico della capitale. E' situato in una posizione strategica, dalla quale potrete visitare i monumenti e i luoghi più belli di Roma. Sorge a due passi da Piazza Navona, collegato bene con la stazione Termini tramite numerosi autobus. Nei dintorni potrete trovare numerosi locali e negozi aperti anche fino a tardi. L' alloggio è molto accogliente e confortevole, con ampie finestre che si affacciano sulle tipiche vie del centro. La cucina e il bagno sono molto attrezzati.
Dispone di impianto di aria condizionata calda e fredda e wi -fi-. Ideale per una perfetta vacanza alla scoperta della Roma antica e moderna!///This review was written by an official member of the 9flats Team///

El apartamento tiene una ubicacion perfecta, con una limpieza correcta. Las instalaciones del cuarto de baño estan deterioradas y necesita una mejora. Wifi perfecto. Atencion fantástica del anfitrión.

Es handelte sich NICHT um einen Gastgeber, sondern eine Vermietungs-AGENTUR. Das Wohnungsangebot macht dies nicht deutlich!
Wir wurden jedoch auch nicht von dieser Agentur, sondern wohl von der Urlaubsvertretung der Agentur "betreut", der die englische Sprache nicht in ausreichendem Maße für diese Arbeit verstand. Auftretende Probleme wurden/konnten deshalb NICHT geklärt werden. Uns 5 Personen wurde zugemutet, mit EINEM Wohnungsschlüssel für 1 gebuchte Woche auszukommen! Ein zweit oder gar dritter Schlüssel wurde uns nicht übergeben werden.
It's not the owner of the apartment but an agent, no properly english spreaking-skills, what makes it difficult to solve problems. 1 Key for 5 persons ! There was no way of getting at least 1 more! No reaction to complaints we made on the phone or in person. -
