Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Colosseum. Man ist sofort da und auch an der Metrostation. Aber vom Rummel bekommt man nichts mit. Es ist eine echte Wohngegend mit drei Supermärkten, vielen Restaurants und anderen Geschäften. Alles ist "um die Ecke". Super! - Die Wohnung ist einfach schön eingerichtet, sinnvoll eingeteilt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sogar für Küche und Essbereich: alles ist da. In allem eine gute Mischung aus schön, praktisch und sinnvoll. Wir waren zu viert und das ging gut. Platz für gemütliche Momente ist da. Und die Betten sind klasse. Es ist die beste Wohnung, die ich je gemietet habe. Unsere Unterkunft für die nächste Romreise steht fest.

The most beautiful, clean and best equipped apartment we´ve ever been too. Calm area behind the colosseum with nice restaurants in all price ranges around. Most sights in walking distance.
Travel to Rome in winter! We had beautiful sightseeing weather (in february) no big crowds, cheaper prices and relaxed people.

I always get suspicious when a place or host gets only great revieuws. But there is really nothing bad to say about this appartnment. Nice and quiet. Which is importent for us because we are both light sleepers. Close to metro and bus and sights. We walked almost everything. Lots of restaurants and supermarket nearby. The bed is large and very comfy in a well decorated room. There are a lot of supplies in the kitchen. So check before you go shopping.
This was our third time in Rome, and this was the best appartment wie had. Like to come back.

We absolutely LOVED this apartment. Clean, spacious, full of natural light, in a great neighbourhood and great security. Just brilliant!

To keep it short and simple: we had a great time in Cristianos apartment.

- prime location near to the Colosseum and even quite with nice restaurants around
- nice and tasteful decorations and high quality interior
- our two boys 3 and 6 years old loved the king size bed in the bedroom :)
- Cristiano is a nice and helpful hirer, easy to contact

L'alloggio è situato a due passi dal Colosseo; è ben collegato tramite autobus e metro ( fermata metro B Colosseo) alla stazione Termini e al centro storico. Nei dintorni potrete trovare numerosi locali e ristoranti aperti anche fino a tardi. L'appartamento è situato in una via interna molto tranquilla, ideale per trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del relax e della scoperta di Roma. E' stato appena ristrutturato; è molto pulito, accogliente e luminoso. I posti letto sono confortevoli e funzionali: oltre alla camera da letto, potrete usufruire di un pratico divano letto. La cucina e il bagno sono molto attrezzati e potrete trovare ogni comfort necessario. Dispone di impianto di riscaldamento autonomo, aria condizionata e wi - fi.

Christiano ist mit uns durch das Wohnviertel gefahren und hat uns auf gute Läden und Restaurants hingewiesen. Danach hat er uns die gesamte Wohnung erklärt und uns gezeigt, wie was geht. Alles ist super übersichtlich in einem Ordner in der Wohnung. Wir hatten für weitere Fragen seine Handynummer, aber wir mussten nie anrufen. Alles lief wie von selbst.

Christiano is very friendly and takes his time to show you 'round his appartment. He tells a lot about the neighbourhood and gives you all the information you need. The mailcontact was really good because he answers fast. He speaks english very well which makes everything very easy. Thanks for your hospitality Christiano.
