Manfred 5.0 2011-10-17Very nice Appartment (Loft). We didn`t meet Cintia, but her lovely mother (who lives nearby) gave us a warm hello. We and our little son had a great time in Barcelona.
It`s only 3 minutes to walk the metro "Encants" which means you are in 15 minutes in the city center by metro. Absolutely georgeus. Thank you for everything.

El piso tiene mucho encanto y está muy bien cuidado. La verdad es que es muy acogedor, podría vivir ahí sin problemas, ¡hasta el techo es bonito! :)
La única pega que podría encontrarle es que están haciendo obras en el edificio y al subir las escaleras se siente un olor bastante desagradable, pero en el interior de la casa no se siente en absoluto.
Por otro lado, la ubicación es muy buena, está a 2 calles de la parada de metro de Encants. Con las ventanas abiertas se oye un poco el tráfico de la calle Aragón porque está bastante transitada, pero a mí personalmente eso no me molestó.

A perfect place to spend vacation in Barcelona. I have been to many places but this one is a special one. Perfect location and connection to almost all sightseeings (besides that all necessary info: travel, sightseeing, places of interest etc is provided by host). About 30 min to the beach by foot. Apartment itself is very well equipped and made our stay in Barcelona a nice fairytale. Wish that all hotels had such commodity and cosiness.

El lugar es fantástico, acogedor, económico y en una situacion perfecta. Además dispone de todo lo necesario y más para sentirte como en casa. Sin duda alguna volveré a Barcelona y volveré a este lugar!

El apartamento es acogedor, suficientemente amplio y está muy bien equipado.Con tiendas y metro cerca. Todo hace que te sientas como en casa. Muy recomendable.

No tuve oportunidad de ver a Cintia, pero en el contacto que hemos tenido vía email ha sido siempre muy rápida en contestar y muy atenta y amable. En el piso hay indicaciones detalladas sobre cómo funciona cada cosa para que no haya líos, y en mi caso, sus amigas (me dejaron ellas la llave) me lo explicaron todo por si quedaban dudas (muy simpáticas las 2, por cierto). Ha sido mi primera experiencia en 9flats y la verdad es que ha sido todo muy cómodo y fácil, sin ninguna pega!

Although we did not have chance to meet Cintia in person, we remained with very nice impression of her as a host: caring, polite and very very helpful. Hope next time to meet her in person and get to know each other better. We wish her to have lot of nice guests in the future.

Did not meet her as she was on holiday, but was in touch with her mother...very nice and helpful lady.
Would have been great to know there were builders in the building because it was noisy at times. We might have changed our dates to accomodate this inconvenience. -
