the place is quiet, clean and safe. the neighboorhood is too. it's no problem to come back late at night. there were 5 rooms, we had the biggest one. it was comfortable for us. the only things that i've missed in the kitchen were a stove and a sharp knife. and the only thing i've missed in the description was the fact, that the rooms are in the basement and have no windows! they have only a glass pane that looks to the corridor. i think, that is important to know! the central a/c was off all night because it was too noisy. (the system is next to one of the rooms.) we slept with opened door and ventilator on. it was no problem for us because all guests were very nice and trustable. so this is only for information, because maybe some others have a problem with it. altogether: price/performance ratio is okay.

The area in Broocklyn is so beautiful and it is very easy to come to Manhattan.
ATM, supermarket, backery, metro and a lot more are very close to the accommodation.
The rooms are ample, the kitchen have all what one need and the 4 bathrooms are more than enough.

The place was clean and as described. The room was pretty small but for the money okay. The location is in brooklyn and its quite a ride from Downtown Manhattan (30 Minute ride minumum). It was a nice and safe neighborhood.

This housing complex is located in the peaceful neighbourhood of Midwood, a very convenient spot for travellers who wants to know more than the usual abaout NY. 15 minutes away from Coney Island and Brighton beach and 30 minutes from downton Manhattan by public transportation.
This place is very well kept by the owners, who offer a every day cleaning service and laundry included. All the amenities are provided from Plasma TV to kitchen, hair dryer,CCTV for your own safety, wifi, etc.. in order to make you feel like home. The bed rooms are well kept and clean and share a very nice common area with a small kitchen and a nice patio where you can chill out on sunny days. Breakfast basics as coffee, te and milk are included. The complex has 5 rooms for 11 people with 3 showers and 3 bathrooms to share.
