Frauke 5.0 2011-08-18Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Charlottenburg nahe des S Bhf Savignyplatz und ist somit umgeben von zahlreichen Restaurants und Cafés. Sie ist praktisch eingerichtet, hat einen großen Balkon und ist gepflegt. Trotz der Nähe zur Kantstraße ist es in der Wohnung ruhig, so ist ein entspannender Abend nach einer Sightseeing-Tour durch Berlin gewährleistet.

The apartment is exactly as described and the photos show, clean and serviceable. This is the Motel 6 of apartment stays; nothing fancy, but respectable.
Pros: Safe neighborhood, one block from subway, charming restaurants and shops about 2 blocks distance. Very comfortable bed, lots of space. Best deal you will find anywhere. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the fun Spanish restaurant across the street.
Cons: No frills. Slightly depressing decor. The restaurant across the street's open until 5 am, could be hard to sleep.
We were quite satisfied for the price.

Der Host hat mich sehr freundlich empfangen und mir seine Wohnung gezeigt. Er kann Gästen tolle Tipps für die Erkundung von Berlin geben und steht ihnen bei allen Fragen gerne zur Verfügung.

The friendly host was waiting for us to arrive, was prompt, communicative and helpful through email and in person. A very good experience to rent from the host.
