关于 Andrés
Hi, great so see you arround !! I am Andrés, a 32 yo argentinian male who has been living in BCN for five years now. I falled in love with this city the same day I met it. I am renting out my spare room not only because it's a great oportunity, but also because it is the chance for me to share with everybody this incredible city that is Barcelona. I play football a lot, I rollerblade and also swim. I work as a Receptionist so I love and I am very much used to "concierge" travellers arround the "Condal city". I speak english, some italian, some portuguese and spanish of course. I love having my place clean, roomy and cool so it can be enjoyed nicly. There`s allways a quiet athmosphere in the flat so it's perfect to cool down after a long BCN day !! Hope you get to come to my place !!, you'll love it !!! Adios.

Die Wohnung liegt etwas abgelegen auf einem Berg in der Nähe des Krankenhauses Sant Pau. Nicht empfehlenswert für Sportmuffel oder Reisende mit Übergepäck :) Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Unser Zimmer war für 2 Personen recht klein, was wohl daran lag, dass wir (2 Personen) mit 3 weiteren Personen untergebracht wurden. Für 4 Personen ist die Wohnung top. Bei 5 Personen gab es dagegen Rückstau in Küche und Bad =)

A very nice place with everything you need for your stay in Barcelona. Only one little thing about the location that might be new for some, because it's not mentioned in the description. You stay up a steep hill, the metro station is down the hill though. To walk up might be pretty exhausting for some, I tried to see it as sportive action since I'm not a sporty person at all ;) Next positive aspect is, that you have a great view on Barcelona from up the hill. Furthermore, the apartment is great. Very clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the living room with television and english-speaking channels is a nice place to relax after a long day - even more the cute balcony. Also a nice neighbourhood with a small food store at the corner where you can get drinks, vegetables, fruits... Perfect to sleep-in daily ;)

Wir haben schön auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt und hatten genügend Freiraum. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.

The flat is quite far away from the sea but there are many other great things near it- direct metro line to the beach, parks,local market and supermarkets, a hill where one gets a fantastic view of Barcelona for free=) and for those who do not like to walk a lot - a local summer swimming pool (but entrance is about 4 Eur p.P.) We liked it a lot and hope to come back there one day!

The house is a charming place with most things you will need for a comfortable stay. Some parts of the house are a little bit run down but isn't really a problem. The neighborhood is nice and safe. The only problem we had was getting to the house after a long day out.The metro is nearby but to get home is up several steep staircases and uphill hikes. There is a lift and an escalator in the middle bit. It helps but there's still a little more to hike. Some people might enjoy it, but if you have heavy bags it can get pretty frustrating and tiring.Overall a pleasant stay.

Andrés hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und war immer für uns da!!! Sehr unkompliziert und hat mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Wir hatten eine richtig gute Zeit bei ihm.

Andres is a great host, we enjoyed a lot staying in his flat. He was not only taking care of the flat (regularly keeping in clean), he took care of us as well! All our emails got a quick reply and Andreas was always easy to reach when we needed help. He also gave us a lot of useful advice about the city and sightseeing tips!
