Best 佛罗伦萨-Santo Spirito holiday apartments

The photos showing a very well lit flat disguised the fact the it had no natural light. There were two large supporting beams in the bedroom level that you had to bend under to move around. The central location helped overcome these disappointing features and we enjoyed our stay.

This apartment is in the center of Firenze, but really silent. It is beautifully restored. Some minor repairs, like attaching fixed handles to the windows instead of handles, that slide off during use, some cups larger than espresso, a salad bowl instead of having to use the only pot etc would improve it to 5 stars for every category.
Anyhow: excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Прекрасная квартира в самом сердце Флоренции. Уютная и удобная. Третий этаж, лифт, окна выходят на оживленную улицу, на которой расположено множество магазинов, кафе. В квартире чисто, нормальная кухня, хорошая сантехника, вай-фай. Два комплекта ключей, очень удобно.

We were here for 4 weeks while touring Florence & nearby cities. Ideal location - very close to some main attractions - Palazzo Pitti, the Santo Spirito basilica, the Ponte Vecchio, & the Uffizi Gallery. The immediate neighborhood is interesting - on the old stone streets nearby, you will find artisan workshops creating handmade shoes, jewelry, marbled paper, intaglio prints, mosaic stone tables & pictures, metal sculptures, etc. A very convenient location, with a nearby supermarket, self-service laundromat, post office, restaurants, taxi stand, & bus stops. When you enter the building, you walk to the back and then up a flight of stairs, so the apartment gets no noise from the street and is very quiet. The main door enters into the kitchen, and there are doorways from the kitchen to the other rooms. Ideal for a couple, but has enough seats to have 10-12 people visit. Nice bathroom, a real bed, good closet space, usable kitchen, outside terrace, air conditioning. Highly recommended.
