The modern, comfortable and familiy- friendly place is situated very quietly in a backyard.Tempelhofer Feld, U-Bahn and shopping center are nearby.
Die schöne Altbau-Wohnung liegt in einem Hinterhaus und ist völlig ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist modern, zweckmäßig und familienfreundlich. Zum Tempelhofer Feld sind es wenige Fussminuten, ebenso zur U-Bahn und zum Einkaufen.

We had a very pleasant time in Stefan's flat. The flat is very comfortable, quiet ,well eqquiped and very well decorated (loved the lamp behind the TV set). Basics like oil, sugar, salt... are at disposal.(this is such a good idea!)
It is also very well situated: in a lively area with plenty of places to shop and eat, close to Sbahn so very convenient to visit the city, taxis always available to go back to the airport (€30 to Tegel). I recommend this flat to anybody who would like to stay in Berlin.

To make a long story short, we Wholeheartedly recommend.
And to be more specific, we are a couple, both 60 years old. During October of 2014 we stayed at the apartment for a week. The apartment is very nice and comfortable , decorated tastefully combining the old and new and gives the feeling of a real home. Central location and good neighborhood with excellent access to transportation and entertainment. We got a very clean apartment , with a kitchen equipped with tools and even basic necessities such as tea coffee sugar and olive oil. The host was kind and willing to help in whatever it takes.
