Apartment is perfectly located and everything is as it is in the pictures. Clara attended to all our requests and went above and beyond. Even with our late arrival, she was able to make perfect arrangements for our check in. Thanks so much Clara and we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay in your place next time we visit.

Sehr schönes wohnen in einer angenehmen Strasse von Harlem. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die zwei Schlafzimmer oben sind jeweils noch mit zwei begehbaren Kleiderschränken ausgestattet. Die Betten waren unserer Meinung nach gut. Im unteren Bereich der Wohnung befindet sich eine Küche mit den wichtigsten Utensilien, so dass man auch selbst kochen könnte. Wasserkocher und Toaster sind auch vorhanden. Klimaanlagen in der gesamten Wohnung. Ein Wohnzimmer mit TV gibt es ebenfalls, wie auch in jedem Zimmer eine Andockstation für Musikgeräte, Apple wie auch andere möglich. Insgesamt auch nett und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ist weiterzuempfehlen!Ein sehr netter und auskunftsfreudiger Greeter hat uns empfangen. Die Wohnung liegt nur drei Minuten von einer Subway entfernt und führt demzufolge rasch an andere Orte. Wobei diese Ecke von Harelem auch seinen Reiz hat und es mindestens ein gutes Restaurant gibt (Chez Lucienne). Gerne wieder!

Perfect place with nice roommates ! The room is big, the subway stop is close by the apartment ! Also great neighborhood with a lot of shops around (supermarket, restaurants, fast foods ..). I stayed there for 10 days and I really appreciated it, I felt like home there ! Plus, Mehdi is very interested about you having a nice stay, he really cares about you ! I totally recommend this room, do not hesitate, it is what I did and I don't regret it !!

When my wife and I were searching for accommodation for a trip to NYC, we searched for a while until we felt we found the right place. We looked at Grover’s place online and we knew this is where we wanted to stay. The house was very close to the subway station which is what we needed. When we got to the house and met Grover we were so pleased. The house is kept exceptionally clean. Grover was very processional and personable. He had tourist maps ready for us, a stocked kitchen, bathroom towels, and anything else you would find in your own home. I highly recommend this house.
