This is the perfect place to stay in Dresden. The flat is actually much bigger than it appears on the pictures.

Even though it is located very close to the "party spot" it is completly quit.
I was not lucky with the weather but the balcony is perfect if you visit in summer.
Also perfect for a longer stay (I stayed one month) as everything you could possibly need is available. -

Very comfortable apartment. Everything you need, is at hand. The ´Altstadt´ is some 800m walking or two stops with the Strassenbahn. If you are old, handicapped or wheezy, this is not the right place: the apartment is on the 4th flour and there is no elevator. You feel like the cyclist who climbed the Mont Ventoux, when you are in heaven finally

Our stay in Dresden came in very tropical weather (36 to 37° celcius, even in the appartment itselve). There was no possibility to cool down the appartment al little bit. A little fan would be welcome. Some more light above the table in the livingroom could give the opportunety to read a book.
