Dans vieille brownstone de 1890, beaucoup de charme et au calme' ce qui est très agreable après par rapport au bruit constant dans Manhatan. C'est proche de la ligne A express vers Manahattan, tous commerces en proximite et quelques restau. Quelque soit l'heure vous vous déplacez en toute sécurité.

We are a family of four with two grown-up kids and stayed at the Putnam for six weeks in July and August. Bed Stuy is a great place to relax after a busy time in Manhattan or downtown Brooklyn. Around the corner are some nice little restaurants and coffee shops and many corner stores that are open till late at night. It was also great to be able to use the terrace for breakfast or dinner. We rented a car for two weeks and had no trouble finding a free parking space close to the apartment. You just have to be aware of the street sweeping days.

Appartement conforme en totalité aux photos et descriptions. Quelques petits plus avec le sèche cheveux très pratique, la cafetière manuelle, le grille pain...Système d'ouvertures de portes par code très pratique et évite les clefs à avoir sur soi. Assez proche du métro il faut marcher une dizaine de minutes. Quartier très sympa avec des petits Resto aux alentours conseillés par le petit guide laissé par les proprietaires. Vivement que le jardin soit terminé pour en profiter pleinement.
