Very comfortable apartment. Everything you need, is at hand. The ´Altstadt´ is some 800m walking or two stops with the Strassenbahn. If you are old, handicapped or wheezy, this is not the right place: the apartment is on the 4th flour and there is no elevator. You feel like the cyclist who climbed the Mont Ventoux, when you are in heaven finally

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet darüber hinaus alles, was man benötigt. Die Gastgeberin hatte wirklich an alles gedacht, so dass wir uns um nichts kümmern mussten, nur um unseren Urlaub selbst und dafür lagen auch sehr viele Flyer für Besichtigungstipps aus. Von der Wohnung aus hat man eine sehr gute Aussicht.

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar bzw. mit der Straßenbahn unmittelbar vor der Tür.

Fazit: es hat sich gelohnt! Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

As a group of 5 from the UK and on our first trip to Dresden, we were in the dark as to what to expect. As it turned out, the place is in an almost ideal location in Dresden as far as we were concerned. Arriving from Berlin, we found that the place is just a couple of minutes walk from Dresden Mitte train station. Initially it was a bit difficult to find, as the entrance is actually at the rear of some shops (stationery and carpet). The only snag was that the flat is on the 4th floor (no lift), but once you get your luggage up, you will appreciate the daily exercise! (very elderly or disabled renters take note). The place itself is very spacious and takes 5 very comfortably, although more could sleep in the large lounge but we could see no extra folding bed, etc. The bathroom cum toilet is up to 5* hotel standard, while the kitchen is well fitted out with washing machine, a dishwasher, and microwave. One thing lacking was wifi, but we found a mall with hotspots. Highly recommended.

Die Wohnung liegt zwar im 4.Stock an einer Hauptstrasse, ist aber trotzdem ruhig.... super Lage mit kurzem Weg ins Zentrum!

Die Unterkunft war geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad war schön groß und das Sofa war bequem.
Die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Es gab Handtücher, ausreichend Toilettenpapier für den gesamten Aufenthalt.
Rundum. Es war alles in Ordnung. Die Lage war nur knapp 10 Gehminuten vom Zwinger entfernt. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Bahnhaltestelle vor der Tür. Deshalb bekommt die Lage auch nur vier von fünf Sternen. Preis / Leistung waren top.

Originelle und liebevolle Einrichtung, durchdachte und vielseitige Ausstattung.

Gemütliches Wohnklima. Die Schlaf- und Wohnräume sind lichtdurchflutet und man geniesst einen schönen Ausblick in Richtung Zigarettenfabrik Yenidze. Küche und Bad sind perfekt ausgestattet. Im Bad gibt es genügend Platz, um die gesamten Utensilien unterzubringen.
