This is a newly renovated apartment, spacious and well equipped. The bed and bedding supplied are very comfortable, the tiny balcony even has flowers in planter boxes (!), and the bathroom is nicely lit and cosy. Quiet and friendly neighbours. Nicer Cafes and Restaurants can be found at Bayerischer Platz and surrounds, but basics can be conveniently purchased at a large Lidl store underground at Innsbrucker Platz.

Very reliable and friendly hosts from first contact to returning keys and bond. Herr P even picked me up in his private car from a previous apartment and helped me move!

Flat was excellent and great value for money. Everything worked. It's 3 minutes from the U-bahn with two very useful lines. Good shops also very close. Very quiet too. Hosts very responsive and friendly. We were delighted with it and can recommend it.
