Small room, but perfectly ok for 2 persons on a NYC trip. Little garden at the back was super to get some peace and quiet. very quiet also during the night. only one thing: allergic persons beware, Waldemar has a cat that is EVERYwhere. so if you have problems with that....

Für mich war es Besonders, dass ich direkten Zugang zum Garten hatte. Und so meine 4-6 Zigaretten rauchen konnte, ruhig ohne Stress.

Price and place from this Apartment is well, close to Subway, supermarket, and a verry nice french Bistro.

Everythings was fine. This brownstone room with the seperate garden is very nice.

Mein Gastgeber war sehr angenehm freundlich und interessiert. Ich war 17 Tage bei Ihm als Gast, und ich habe mich wohl gefüllt. Sollte ich wieder nach Brooklyn zurückkehren, würde ich mich jederzeit wieder bei ihm melden.
