First guest were a family from Dublin, Ireland arriving on July 19th, 2006 The Unique Benefits at this Apartment Beach access, beautiful views of Santa Catalina Island, Queen Mary, Oil Island Etc. No street sweepers...Long Beach has street sweepers once or twice a week, but not on this street.
