About Sofia

Super zentrale Lage und sehr geschmackvolle und zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Die historische Tram 28 fährt fast vor der Haustüre ab. Man sollte allerdings gut zu Fuß sein, die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock und das Treppenhaus ist eng und steil. Dafür ist das Haus aber für Lissabon sehr typisch mit seinen schönen blauen Kacheln.

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus am oberen Ende der Rua da Graca. Quirlige Gegend. Tram 28 hält ebenso wie der Bus 734 (Santa Apolonia) kaum 30 m neben dem Hauseingang. Das Haus ist älteren Baujahrs, aus meiner Sicht typisch. D. h. sehr schmales Treppenhaus, recht steil. Kein Fahrstuhl. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Alles, außer einem Fernseher & einem Geschirrspüler, findet man vor. Internet funktioniert sehr gut. Eine liebevolle CD-Sammlung mit Vocal Jazz, Fado etc. ist auch vorhanden. Supermärkte (und zwar Pingo Doce und Mini-Preco (= DIA) kann man bequem fußläufig erreichen. Recht lange Üffnungszeiten, auch am WE. Mehrere Bäckereien, Fleischer etc. findet man auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. 10 Min. Fußweg oder 3 Stationen mit der Tram 28 und man ist schon Sa./Di. auf der FEIRA DA LADRA , Lissabons großem Trödelmarkt. Die nächste Metro Station ist Anjos. Wer keinen absoluten Luxus braucht, gerne auch in die Stadt (und seine Bewohner) eintaucht, dem ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen.

Everything was pretty great. Nice Appartment in a pretty good neighbourhood. Close to everything. Everything what you need is there. Best place to stay in Lisboa!!!!

La casa estaba impecable y la estancia allí fue muy bena puesto que Sofía es una anfitriona espectacular. Además el 28 pasa por debajo de casa y te llega directo al centro en pocos minutos. La próxima vez que vayamos a Lisboa, repetiremos allí.

Eine tolle Wohnung, deren Lage ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Stadterkundung ist. Auch in der heißen Jahrezeit im 4. Stock gut zu lüften uns angenehm kühl. Sehr gepflegt und stilvoll eingrichtet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Very nice apartment within the best location. Everything is nearby (supermarket, tram....). We had a really comfortable stay and hope to have the chance to come again...!

The apartment is located absolutely perfect on top of Alfama, many typical bars and restaurants around, tram station nearby.

What can I say? It was absolutely fantastic! The apartment has its own charm (interior design) and has everything you could wish for and more (e.g. CD Player with your own CD Collection ;-))! You really feel comfortable there. We are definitely coming back! :-)

A nice little place very central located in an authentic area of beautiful Lisboa. Perfect infrastructure and eventhough the tram is passing by NOT noisy at all. We enjoyed our stay a lot. ABSOLUTELY recommendable!!!

ein traum!! für 3 personen vielleicht etwas eng, für 2 oder 1 TOP!!!! sauber, superhell, witzig eingerichtet mit wirklich allem, was man/frau braucht (sogar die cd´s fehlen nicht!!). die 28er tram fährt direkt am haus vorbei, mit ihrem geräusch morgens geweckt zu werden, ist urlaub pur! einkaufen in unmittelbarer nähe möglich, bäcker, supermarkt, reinigung alles in wenigen sekunden zu erreichen. ABSOLUT ZU EMPFEHLEN!!!

Très bon séjour, l'appartement est très agréable et bien situé, près du centre et dans un quartier populaire et fort sympathique. Tout est à porté de main pour peu que l'on marche un peu ;-), sinon, vous avez le tram qui passe devant. Côté tranquillité, rien à redire!

This appartement is perfectly embedded in a lively and authentic part of town, very close to everything and in case you cannot walk anymore, you can jump onto tram no. 28 which picks you up in front of the house. The place is pretty quiet although it is located at the neighhbourhood's main road. Inside you find a very sympathetic and personally furnitured appartement so that you can feel at home very easily while listening to Sofias Jazz and Fado CDs. You find everything you need and more, and in case you miss something I am sure that Sofia would need only 5 min. to come and bring it.
Perfect area, perfect appartement, perfect host – we will come again!

El piso está en Graca, que es uno de los barrios que mas me gusta, cerca de todo caminando!!! Sin duda alguna volveré a Lisboa y a tu casa Sofia!
