I'm a TV documentary writer with a passion for traveling and sun. My favorite spots are both North and South America. But I also like the Mediterranean. The main thing is it's sunny. One of the reasons I moved to Munich. There my interest in food, people and cuture drew me to Schwabing, in my opinion the "sunniest" place in Munich. I'm open and social. Feel free to contact me.

The apartment is large, clean and well equipped. The location is very convenient to the U2 & the 27 Tram. Grocery, drug & all other stores are very nearby. I did not get to enjoy the balcony due to the weather, but it looked like a wonderful place for breakfast or an evening beer.

Communication with this host was very easy. He worked to make the key exchange easy and left very clear instructions & traveler's hints in the apartment. An excellent host in every regard!
