  Good communication and adaptability skills. Sassan and his friends, after writing an email of complaint, understood and endured a slight discomfort (some noise during the day) due to some renovations being done on the building and come to the end. Not good order and cleanliness, have not caused damage, but have left the flat disorderly, full of dirt, neglected.
