the accommondation was very nice and clean, nice place, everything is near, supermarket, bars and the beach is also near. Everything was fantastic.

The neighborhood is loud, especially in the noon and late hours (sometimes until 3 o'clock in the night!), mainly because the outside court is a playground and a small park. A very low priced vegetable market and a super market is nearby! Metro is quite far.
We were shocked as we saw the building! It looks very worn, compared to the apartement itself.
The apartement itself has no air-conditioning, and faces the sun during midday, which means that its getting very hot and stuffy inside.
The 2 ventilators do not help much and we would only come back when the planned air-conditioning is part of the apartement.
The bathroom is very small and narrow. If you are too high, you have problems looking in the mirror. If you are too broad, you have problems going on the WC, or even climbing up the stairs of the staircase.
The apartement has 4 windows, 2 of them inside opening to a sort of duct inside the building, where the pipes are. Very often you will hear the water flow of another WC. -

Le seul bémol : la rue est bruyante jusque tard (les espagnols s'endorment visiblement très tard notamment l'été) et il est difficile de s'endormir.

Excellent apartment in a great location. Walking distance to a range of attractions and good transport facilities nearby. Great facilities, clean and exactly as described if not better!
Will definately stay again when I return to Barcelona! Fantastic holiday!

Really pleasant stay. Very clean and everything in good condition. First floor flat and great air conditioning. Also they organised airport transfer for me. Driver was prompt and helpful. Would recommend all.

très bel appartement bien situé
dommage que la climatisation ne fonctionne pas,pas possible d'ouvrir les fenêtres des chambres la nuit,centre ville très bruyant

She came to us two times to settle problems we told her about by phone, but was always too late (over one hour!). Her English was way better than what the average Spanish managed to say to us. When we asked for a refund because the TV was not programmable, she first hesitated and tried to barter, but then gave in and refunded the correct sum of money.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die aufretende Probleme schnellstmöglich beseitigte.
Auch ein späterer Check-Out Zeitpunkt war kein Problem.
Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.
