Ulli 5.0 12/07/2016Wir können nur das beste sowohl von der tollen Unterkunft als auch von der äußerst netten Vermieterin berichten.
Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung und war bestens ausgestattet.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und die Innenstadt von Salzburg ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in gut ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Restaurant Empfehlung von Roxane war toll und das Restaurant Schachlwirt können wir sehr empfehlen.

Altough we stayed for one night, the location was great and met our expectations. Great shower and bathroom facilities. And very kind and helpfull hostess and host.

18 days 5 countries 9 accommodations... All 4 of us immediately agree that this was the best place we'd stay and most value for money! Seriously, for similar price, I only get a 4 person sharing room in Innsbruck.
Location wise is given 4 stars because it's not in Salzburg (not much of a problem because we have a car).
The house is very clean, have privacy, extremely good facilities -- internet, huge living room with TV, sofa, big kitchen, washing machine and dryer (even washing powder is provided), bathtub and a music playing shower O_o. I definitely would recommend staying here. -

House is very clean and tidy. Facilities as in description. The furniture and appliances are good quality. I personally love reclining chair in living room. The Bed and blanket are very clean (I'm allergic to dust and mite).

Ambiente accogliente, pulito, spazioso e confortevole.

Lage:
Ideal zum spazieren und wandern, direkt vom Haus aus. Man muss nicht erst lange mit dem Auto wegfahren.
Außerdem ist man in 15-20 Minuten mitten in Salzburg.
Der einzige, kleine, "Kritikpunkt": Direkt an der Autobahn. Mit offenem Fenster hört man das leider.Ausstattung: Sehr luxurios.
Gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Kamin.
Küche ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht.
Hochwertige Geräte: Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle
Eckbadewanne und Erlebnisdusche (unser Highlight)!Sauberkeit: selbst hinterm Sofa war kein Staub. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Roxana ist sehr bemüht, ihren Gästen alle möglichen Wünsche zu erfüllen und ist gerne mit Tipps hilfsbereit.
Der Kontakt mit ihr war äußerst angenehm und jederzeit möglich

Roxana is very kind and helpful. She took time and effort to show us around her house and explains how to use the oven, dishwasher, washing machine etc. She lives just upstairs and we were shown a bell to press so she can come down if we have any problem/questions (we never used it =). We are very glad to have meet her and stayed at her place.

Roxana Marin ist sehr freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. Hat immer wieder nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Bei ihr kann man sich definitiv wohlfühlen. Würden Jederzeit wieder hinfahren. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!
