We love Mitte and the apartment is situated in the ‘Mitte’ of Mitte! The location is fantastic.
Very nice apartment; ideally for young children. Lovely play garden with fences for the kids.
I expected the apartment to be smaller, but it was rather spacious.
Bed’s are pretty good, although the comforters / sheets and pillows could have been better.
Good facilities with fast internet and wifi connection. -

Chouette appartement, lits confortables, bien situé. Et un hôte très accueillant. Le quartier est sympa, n'hésitez pas a aller goûter la cuisine de "monsieur Vuong". Thanks Rainer :-)

Appartement très bien situé, dans le quartier du Mitte, près de l'ile au Musées et du Musée de la Ex-RDA. Boutiques et commerces à proximité.
Appartement avec 1 grande chambre de 4 lits simples et 1 chambre de 2 lits simples.
Accès à 1 jardin collectif avec des jeux pour enfants.
Possibilité de se garer dans la rue toute la journée avec un "parkschein" fourni par Rainer. -

Die Wohnung von Rainer war wirklich toll. Sie ist Top ausgestattet und die Lage ist perfekt. Man kann von dort aus sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen.
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Berlin. -

Exceptional location, the flat (raised ground floor, so only a few stair) was less than 3 minutes walk from Alexanderplatz, but has the benefits of being on a quite road within easy reach of a few nice cafes, and for younger travellers, there's a hostel with a sports bar (& free wi-fi) round the corner. The flat was clean and would be perfect for two couples or great value for six friends sharing. We didn't eat there, but the kitched had a few of the basics condements and pots pans etc. If essential, bring your own bathtowels, we got two handtowels towels (which suprisingly worked for me!).

Very nice appartment with everything you need and located right in the city center. If you want to visit Berlin and don't spend too much time in public transport go there... Rainer is a great host. The booking was confirmed straight away and the key hand over did go smoothly. Highly recommended!

Very accommodating chap.
Was fantastic at meeting us for an earlier than planned check-in. Accommodation was a fantastic location and perfect for a weekend away for a small group.
Would highly recommend Rainer and his appartment again.

Das ruhige Ambiente dieser Wohnung trotz der Lage mitten im Zentrum Berlins ist beeindruckend. Gleich um die Ecke befindet sich der pulsierende Alexanderplatz, trotzdem ist es herrlich ruhig, vor allem wenn man auf dem Balkons steht und zum grünen Hinterhof hinausblickt.Aufgrund der Lage kommt man zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten locker zu Fuß und besonders Kulturinteressierte sind so schnell bei der Museumsinsel oder der Volksbühne. The host Rainer is great. Nice guy and very helpful. He responded to our last booking (at midnight) within an hours. Rainer also managed to arrange a parking ticket within a day! Which is exceptional. We parked our car in front of the apartment. Thank you again Rainer!

Rainer is friendly and met us at the flat within 5 to 10 minutes of arriving and made us feel at ease with staying in his flat so it felt like a home for a couple of days. Gave us some grat advice on sights to see and was flexible on checkout times. Lovely place and host - will definately try for this place next time I'm in Berlin.
