Hi, I am Olivier, I am from Bretagne and live in Paris for 20 years. I am an theater actor and traveling a lot around the world. I used to lived in Rio and New York. Harriet 5.0 05/12/2014Yes, it really is as cool as it looks in the description. The main room is so huge you could roller skate across it (don't worry Olivier, we didn't!). It's also comfortable and informal, perfect for a holiday. We like to cook and found that the kitchen has proper equipment for simple meals, including an oven. The location is quiet, nice area with shops nearby and great for the Canal St-Martin with bars, cafes, restaurants etc (and a brilliant arty bookshop). We'd definitely recommend it. The access is up three flights of stairs and the steps to the mezzanine are steep so it wouldn't be great for someone with limited mobility.

Great location !! Very nice loft with an airy, spacious feel. The upstairs bedroom is the nicer one but very good accomodation for 4 people. Wonderful bathroom, would love to have this at home.
We enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely be back.

Luka was super efficient and helpful, and welcomed us to the apartment. We had no problems but it was great to know that he was nearby and ready to help if we had any questions.
